65 Harley Street - Practical Completion

We are delighted to announce that our latest residential project for The Howard de Walden Estate has reached Practical Completion. 
 
65 Harley Street is a collection of 10 bespoke apartments for the rental market, carefully set in this historic Grade II Listed building designed by Claude Ferrier. The project involved the restoration and thermal upgrade of the original façade, a discreet and contextual rooftop extension, and the design of bathroom & kitchen ‘pods’, with integrated joinery & modern services, allowing the existing room proportions and historic details to be preserved and celebrated.
