Great Peter Street

BWA worked on the refurbishment and change of use of a fine office building in Westminster. Dating from 1907, and originally built as The Society for the Propagation of the Gospel in Foreign Parts this neo-gothic, red brick building was better known until recently as home to the Arts Council, England.

BWA’s proposal provides 29 luxury apartments, including a new rear extension and penthouse, both benefiting from stunning views of Westminster Abbey and The Palace of Westminster.
